Bia Cleaning Corp provides residential, commercial and vacation rental cleaning services in Florida. Services are performed by trained, uniformed team members using professional-grade products and equipment.
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope, size or condition of the property differs materially from what was described. All bookings are confirmed by phone, text or email.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at booking.
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Bia Cleaning Corp carries commercial general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
